Romantic Pink Fall Wedding at River Bottoms Ranch


Jennie and Naish were a dream to work with because they completely trusted their team to bring their vision to life. Their priority for their destination mountain wedding was that things feel relaxed, comfortable, and seriously fun. Weddings at River Bottoms Ranch are always stunning, but Jennie and Naish managed to snag the absolute peak day for fall color in the background’s rolling mountains of Park City, UT.

First Looks & Portraits


Jennie shared a first look with her dad, which is a precious moment that I will always recommend for anyone planning a wedding. There's nothing quite like seeing that look in a father's eyes seeing his baby girl dressed up on her wedding day.


After her dad, Jennie & Naish shared their first look in front of the horses. We took a few minutes for formal portraits around the pond, and followed with family and bridal party portraits before the ceremony.

Ceremony, Dinner, & Sunset Portraits


Everyone was admiring their fall floral palette of warm, fluffy dahlias, cosmos, ranunculus, and sweet pea. De La Flor expertly repurposed the floral installations from the ceremony to the romantic, sweeping staircase for the reception.


The charming and fun details that stick out are the debut of River Bottom Ranch’s fluffy mini highland cows, the couple’s drink accessories featuring their dog and photos of them as children, and their unique guest book of a propeller to tie in Naish’s love of aviation.

Into the Night


While the ceremony, cocktail hour, and speeches were gorgeous, the dance party was a top priority for the couple. Large cardboard cutouts of their beloved dog, Rory, were passed out, along with light-up glasses, wands, and the couple’s fabulous light-up sneakers. The bridal party wildly surprised the bride and groom by entering the reception in an assortment of inflatable costumes, an apparent wedding tradition from one of the bridesmaids’ home countries. Everyone danced and partied to the surprising mix of a DJ with a live sax player, which worked splendidly together. Side note: if you're looking for a super fun touch to liven up the party even more, CO2 shooters are an excellent choice!
